Union is a pair of objects that remain on the table after the meal — a fruit bowl, a candleholder, and a vase. For @breadandbutter.world , We explored these three as a perfect pair that holds not only the moment of dining, but also the atmosphere before and after. Imagining an invisible circular grid on the table, we designed a system in which each object naturally takes on its own role and form. Four circle come together to hold fruit, nine support candles, and many more cradle wildflowers. Meaning emerges from the relationship between elements. Endless Table of Bread and Butter Endless thanks to @petervinther It’s a rare and special experience to build a visual identity with someone who truly understands the vision. 주한스위스대사관에서 열린 이번 4321 마켓을 위해 제작한 티슈 케이스가 모두 판매되었습니다. @on 의 라이트스프레이 공정에서 발생한 TPU 부산물의 독특한 패턴에서 출발해, 레이스처럼 가벼운 오브젝트를 만들고자 했습니다. 전개도 형태로 소재를 녹여, 녹아내린 모양 그대로 티슈를 감쌀 수 있도록 해서 제작 공정을 줄였습니다. ❄️모두 행복한 크리스마스 보내기를!❄️ Tissue cases made for the 4321-Market at the Swiss Embassy in Korea are now sold out. We started from the distinctive patterns found in TPU leftovers from @on ’s Lightspray process, imagining a light, lace-like fabric. LACE TISSUE COVER by 에이이오피스 / Ae Office @aeoffices On의 Lightspray™ 부산물로 만든 티슈 케이스이다. 운동화 제작 과정에서 나온 부산물은 겹겹이 쌓여 섬세한 레이스 같은 질감을 만들어냈다. 이 얇고 투명한 겹에서 할머니 댁에 놓인 레이스 티슈 커버가 겹쳐 보였다. 우리는 필름을 이어 녹여 티슈를 감싸는 하나의 패브릭으로 만들며, 산업 부산물을 익숙하고 따뜻한 일상의 오브제로 재해석했다. A tissue case made from On’s Lightspray™ byproduct. The discarded waste from sneaker production stacked into layers formed an unexpectedly lace-like quality. This fragile pattern evoked memories of lace tissue covers at our grandmothers’ homes. We joined and melted the Lightspray waste into a single fabric, turning industrial byproduct into a nostalgic household object. Photography by Bahc Shinyoung @bahc___

12월 13일, 주한스위스대사관에서 열리는 4321-마켓에 참여합니다 👟👟 2025년 4321-마켓의 주제는 “FOUND CHARM”입니다. 스위스 스포츠웨어 브랜드 온 @on 으로부터 남은 원단과 LightSpray™ 공정에서 나오는 TPU 부산물을 제공받아, 남겨진 재료들의 아름다움을 찾는 연구를 진행했습니다. 19팀, 총 23명의 디자이너들은 각기 다른 시각으로 소재를 재해석하여 함, 파리채, 모빌, 파우치 등 독창적인 오브제를 만들었습니다. 소량 제작된 제품들은 12월 13일 토요일 주한스위스대사관 @swisshanok 에서 구매하실 수 있으며, 4321-마켓의 수익금은 전액 기부합니다. *사전 예약이 필요한 행사입니다. @4321.kr Under the theme “FOUND CHARM”, 19 teams of designers created unique objects from leftover materials including unused textiles and LightSpray™ residue provided by On, offering a limited amount for sale at the 4321-MARKET on December 13th, at the Swiss Embassy Korea. Land Chair participated in the very first Conceptual Biennale, co-curated by @tinasroeder @anton_rahlwes @thilo_reich @matyldakrzykowski , at San Gimignano Lichtenberg — a space we had long been curious about. Housed in a former silo tower behind Berlin’s Dong Xuan Center, run by the Vietnamese operators, the venue stands as an exemplar of migration, urban transformation, and production cultures. Our work reconfigures the spruce wood panel Zierblende—once a handcrafted balcony ornament, now industrially produced—to explore how, as outsiders, we can reconstruct ideas of locality and identity through simple act of making.
