For this award-winning winery in Oregon wine country, we had the privilege of crafting the steel silo staircase. From scanning and drawing to fabrication and installation, every curve and detail came together under a tight timeline to meet the opening date.
After installation, Aaron from @ad.construct worked with owner and winemaker Mike Etzel to mill the fir treads from lumber harvested right on the property. The result is a staircase deeply connected to its surroundings, both in material and story.

In the heart of Oregon wine country, some might wonder if it's possible to be a successful contemporary artist outside of NY or Miami. In the middle of grape vines, I am in awe of the landscape and in touch with collectors when they least expect it.
