𝐀𝐈 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 | 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 🇪🇸 From the 15th to the 21st of April 2026, Active Green Solution participated in the Erasmus+ training program “AI Compass” in Cantabria, North of Spain, an inspiring learning experience focused on Artificial Intelligence, ethical innovation, and the future of youth work. 🇪🇺 This international training brought together 22 youth workers, leaders, and volunteers from Finland, Greece, Italy, The Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, and Spain, all aiming to explore how AI can be responsibly integrated into youth work and community impact. Throughout this enriching program, participants had the opportunity to: ✅ Build foundational knowledge about AI concepts, ethics, and applications in youth work ✅ Explore practical AI tools and prompting techniques through hands-on workshops and collaborative activities ✅ Develop strategic thinking skills to create AI-powered youth initiatives ✅ Understand challenges related to misinformation, bias, inclusion, and responsible AI use ✅ Design innovative solutions combining technology, social impact, and sustainability ✅ Strengthen collaboration, networking, and intercultural exchange in an inspiring rural coliving environment surrounded by nature 💭 Our participants shared their reflections: 💬 Marianna Malegkanou: “A transformative experience full of learning, connection, and inspiration.” 💬 Rafail Georgios Makridis: “A great combination of AI training and nature!” 🙏 A huge thank you to @pas.coliving , The Social Circle, the trainers, facilitators, and all participating organizations for creating such a meaningful and forward-thinking experience for youth workers across Europe! 🇪🇺 The project was Co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of European Union

𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 | 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 🌿 From the 30th of August to the 6th of September 2025 we participated in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "Reconnecting" in Monte Bondone, Trento, Italy. This mobility brought together participants from Greece, Portugal, Italy and Spain in a unique experience focused on reconnecting with nature, community living and personal reflection. Real change begins within. During Green Roots, we explored self-reflection through artistic expression — using drawing as a way to connect with our inner world and share it with others. In slowing down and listening to ourselves, we begin to understand how personal wellbeing is deeply connected to the wellbeing of the world around us. 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 | 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 🎭✨ From the 6th to the 15th of September, we took part in the Erasmus+ training course “Create the Moment” in Hungary - a powerful nine-day program dedicated to creativity, resilience, personal development, and the well-being of youth workers. 🇪🇺 This training brought together 24 participants from Finland, Greece, Austria, France, Hungary, Armenia, Georgia, and Ukraine, all committed to enhancing their youth work practice through the values of art improvisation and Flow Theory. This project brought together participants passionate about environmental sustainability and mobile video-making from countries all over Europe. This project brought together youth workers from Greece, Croatia, Romania, Latvia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Czechia, and Austria to explore how gamification can address environmental challenges. 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫-𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 | 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 🌿 From the 8th to the 16th of September we participated in the Erasmus+ youth exchange “Regener-action” in Città della Pieve, Italy. Nineteen young people from Greece, Sweden, Estonia, Spain, and Italy got together to understand the importance of recharging their mental and physical well-being and also foster a deeper connection to sustainable practices. 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫 | 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 💼 From the 09th to the 16th of April we participated in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "Become Young Entrepreneur", located in Lutomiersk, Poland. Attending the entrepreneurship program in Poland was a transformative experience for us. We learned how to create business plans, conduct market research, and understand our audience. Interacting with successful entrepreneurs gave us valuable real-world insights and highlighted the importance of resilience. Networking with mentors and peers provided helpful advice and potential collaborations. Practical workshops helped us apply our knowledge and improve our skills. Overall, the program boosted our confidence and equipped us with the tools needed to start our own businesses.
