Lume went international last week to visit Antigua for @actaiglobal conference on longevity.
We did a live cortisol experiment at 7:30am- and saw up to a 16x jump in morning cortisol after a 20-minute run.

Stay calm under pressure. Kiteboarding (a pure passion of ACTAI Founder @kitevc ) provides many lessons related to business.
In this case @laurachristie19 showed up during ACTAI Greece last summer and gave us a perfect display of staying calm under pressure - hanging on the line 10m above and then being surprised by 5cm of water over sharp coral reef right beneath her. Realizing mid move, feet out the straps, she kept it cool and landed in total control. Our media team were thoroughly impressed.
We’ve got an exciting agenda for 2026, stunning new locations, some old faithfuls that always provide, but one thing is for sure, wherever we end up you can be sure Bill Tai will be chasing the wind and waves whenever possible, and he’ll be encouraging you to do so too. Iconic moments like that have lead to major success stories - @canva being just one such example.
