Lots of great aero data gathered last week @ssehub testing several different front and rear hydration configurations including the new Absolute Speed Double Front Bottle BTA Hydration System (V2) with @will_tri on his 2025 bike setup! The cda just kept getting lower!

Nutrition setup is a huge part of Ironman racing, so why not optimise it? Weāve done a lot of testing to find the fastest setupāand the results have been seriously interesting, even challenging some of the usual thinking.
The adjustability of the Absolute Speed front hydration and rear hydration mount meant that we could try all sorts of variations of bottle height and angle. This adjustability has meant that Iāve been able to save a significant amount of watts and carry my nutrition more securely.
Canāt wait to put this setup to the test at my next race!
