Ninety Nine Till Infinity and Beyonce is a visual representation of the duality of the self. They highlight female characters from Nollywood and Khaleeji soap operas through DJing. The audio sampling method combines and remixes these cultures, examining how they could interact with one another. In the three months of the residency, I was researching on ways to act as the mediator by creating a new persona through DJing.

Dragée is an investigation of the family archive through textile and food as a means to dissect personal history and reposition the past in the present. By placing found materials that I consume on a daily basis, the archive becomes digestible, a metabolic symbol of processing history and family relations through imagemaking.
