Returning to the International University of Monaco this Spring, following a great Career Week, a valuable moment to reconnect with colleagues and meet such engaged and talented Master’s students. I’m pleased to lead the first of a new seminar series within the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Department. At the Cannes Film Festival, one of the most emotionally charged literary presentations of this edition has just taken place: the launch of The Long Red Road by Andrea Atzori, a novel that captivated the audience through the depth of its storytelling and the powerful emotional journey of its protagonists, Diego and Adelina. The event, impeccably organized by Valentina Cangiano, gathered an attentive and engaged audience, turning into a true moment of cultural and human connection. Adding further depth to the presentation was the speech by Annalisa Tarquini from the University of Montecarlo, who eloquently highlighted the novel’s essence, emphasizing its universal themes of love, rebirth, and destiny.
