Last night was 🔥 ! @nyusps held its Convocation Ceremony for the Class of 2026 for @nyucga , @nyupwm , and @nyudpb at Radio City Music Hall. "Class of 2026, starting today you can do work that matters. You can show up with kindness and integrity every single day. You can be the kind of professional people trust, champion, and remember. You can build your reputation through years of consistent and dedicated effort that carries you farther than any single lucky break ever could. My dad has always said 'When you get the chance to say something significant, don't waste it.' So let me say this to you as you head into the next chapter of your life: be your own publicist. The story of who you are and what you're capable of is just the beginning, and the world is ready to hear it." - Heidi Richter, vice president and executive director of publicity for the William Morrow Group at @HarperCollins . Students also heard from Dean Angie Kamath as well as Clay Shirky, NYU's Vice Provost for AI and Technology in Education. Congratulations to all our graduates! 🎓 ©Myaskovsky: Courtesy of NYU Photo Bureau

Yesterday, we celebrated the @nyusps Class of 2026 for @nyusps_daus , @nyutischsport , @nyutischcenter , and @nyuschackinstitute at their convocation ceremony at Radio City Music Hall. Congratulations to all our graduates! 🎓 "Whether it's your neighborhood, your workplace, your city, or your country - be civically engaged. Show up for others. My family story is an example of what can happen when you commit your success to something bigger than yourself....NYU is part of it, now so are you." - Jonathan M. Tisch, retired CEO & Executive Chairman of @loewshotels . Noted Dean Angie Kamath, "The work will get hard, but if you stay the course - with conviction, with an optimistic outlook, and the support of mentors, - opportunities and success will follow. In the years ahead, I hope you all use what you have learned here wisely and well. Build and cherish new communities, and hold fast to the community and values you found here."

"It's not often that a parent and child can experience such a transformative academic journey side by side." Meet Quincy and Kayin St. Georges, a mother-and-son duo graduating together as members of the NYU SPS Class of 2026 with their MS in Project Management from @nyusps_mt / @nyudpb . Quincy, a student life counselor in Miami, returned to school after more than two decades, while Kayin brought his comfort with online learning from his homeschool experience. Together, they supported each other through assignments, shared ideas, encouraged one another during stressful moments, and are now using what they learned to develop a social media app as cofounders. "We are using our project management skills to create a comprehensive project management plan, including defining the scope, building a work breakdown structure, managing timelines, and identifying potential risks," she explains. St. Georges encourages prospective and current students to "stay organized, manage your time effectively, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. The reward at the end is worth it." Congratulations to @nyusps_daus BS in Leadership and Management 2026 graduate Manmeet Singh, who has secured a role as an Advisory Associate, Consulting at @kpmgus . "As I step into my next chapter, I'm focused on continuing to learn about life, explore who I am, and stay grounded in honesty and hard work while embracing new experiences. I'm excited to graduate, begin my first full-time role at KPMG, and spend more time with family and friends while staying open to whatever comes next. This opportunity means a lot to me, especially after my internship experience with KPMG, and one thing I'll carry forward is the importance of keeping an open mind and truly listening to different perspectives." For our "My Next Chapter" series, Manmeet chose a book that reflects the skills he hopes to keep building as he begins his career in consulting: communication, leadership, and the ability to understand others. "I chose 'Read People Like a Book' because it reflects the importance of communication and understanding people, skills that are essential for leadership and something I want to continue developing in my career." We’re proud to launch a new NYC subway ad campaign featuring members of the @nyusps_daus community. Across subway platforms, stations, and billboards throughout the city, you’ll see students and alumni whose stories reflect what NYU SPS is all about: returning, persisting, growing, and moving forward with purpose. This week, we did a "first look" reveal of the students and alumni featured in the ads, capturing their first reactions to seeing the campaign go live. At NYU SPS, we believe education should meet students where they are and help take them where they want to go. Link in bio to learn more.
