thank you sincerely to everyone who came out for marathon Sunday- what an exceptional day!!! It was perfect and I’m so grateful to everyone who helped me fundraise $5k for @fountainhouse that’s so amazing and I’m so proud of my friends and the broader NY community for their support… on a personal note, there are a lot of reasons I run but a small goal I had heading to the race this year was to beat 4 hrs… somehow I literally finished not in 4 hrs, but 4 hrs and 1 second. Literally 1 second. 1… lolllllll… I am for sure running again at some point and beating 4 like this is just bananas… still, an outright incredible day and I love New York City from the bottom of my heart but gosh, these 2 seconds will be overcome it’s gonna happen
Hi! It’s one week until the NY marathon, wooooooo!!!!, and I just wanted to thank all of you who’ve donated already (thus far I’ve raised about $4k and everyone has been exceedingly kind in terms of asking what Fountain House is- it’s a wonderful organization and I’d encourage anyone in NYC or nationally really to look into getting involved); for now I just wanted to share clips that I shot and cut of the other week’s 5k wherein @fountainhouse staff and members came together in Central Park. It was a lovely time. Hope all you online pals have a great rest of your weekend and will hopefully see you all on race day🏃🏻♂️!

I had the pleasure of directing a vid for Paradise Kinda, @paradisekinda a lovely BK based brand that makes premium tank tops. Our project, “Laundry,” is part of an ongoing series about running errands whereby the brand features folks around the state and city going about their lives while enjoying the comfort of their premium tops. Huge thank you my masterful dp/collaborator and overall homie @sastastic | thank you to the man with a master plan (one of PK’s founders) @fardadsabzevari | and thank you to our stellar cast @labellacarbone@samblaz_ and #Tony from Clean Green for your time and effort.
