Tickets can be found at the link in bio 🔵 Sol Bound I is an immersive work by Oslo based artist, Reuko, revealing a hidden world of light and energy within the natural landscapes that surround us. Presented as a nomadic journey, the work moves through forests, coastlines, rivers, and vast landscapes, inviting viewers into moments of calm, clarity, and renewal that emerges when we immerse ourselves in nature. All landscapes were filmed on-location by Reuko across 6 countries over 3 years, edited by hand in post production with custom particle simulations.

3 years of filming, searching for the hidden essence within raw nature 🍃⛈️ which speaks to you? There is a realness and authenticity to enduring the full spectrum of the elements in our natural world. It creates a deep moment of presence, renewal, and appreciation for these places that is often easy to overlook, or take for granted. This sense of presence in these beautiful places begins to alter our perception, our experience, and what lies beyond that? I dreamed of a world of light and energy hidden within our own, tracing the vital flow of the elements that surround and connect us all. Every landscape bearing its own signature and pulse, evolving through weather and time. I am terribly bad at meditation, and always found it difficult to will my own mind into ease and calm. But out there in the wilds, pushing my body and my equipment to the limits through conditions both turbulent, and serene, has shown me how to be truly mindful and present. Not lost in my thoughts or emotions, but locked in with what is immediately happening and unfolding around me. The gratitude and appreciation from these moments is hard to come by in a modern life abundant in distractions, hyper connectivity, and sensory overload. A sensory unveiling, exclusive to DAMU @damu.uk In collaboration with Norway-based artist REUKO @_reuko we introduce Inner Spectrum I. A 3D video art installation that immerses you in the elemental forces of wind, water, light, and energy. Living within DAMU’s world-first Origin Pool, the piece represents a sensory dialogue between art and ritual, technology and nature. Through his otherworldly blend of landscape cinematography and luminescent 3D particle sculptures REUKO reconnects the soul with nature, revealing the hidden world of light and energy within us. Inspired by satellite imagery of global weather systems and his experience with the powerful healing effects of immersing in nature, the work explores repeating patterns found in our natural environments. Observing the fluid movement of oceans, rivers, and air currents stretching across the globe, a sense of harmony is felt as these elements echo within our own bodies and spirits. The piece embodies principles of lights and colour as healing agents via chromotherapy. Helping to re-establish the body’s innate circadian and energetic rhythms, calming the nervous system, and reducing stress hormone levels. You arrive at an earthly oasis when suddenly… your soul is at ease and your energy returns 🙏 Our invitation to stay at Manon Les Suites @guldsmedenhotels in Copenhagen still feels like a dream 🤩 Their beautiful Bali-inspired naturalistic atmosphere was felt in every moment of our stay. The perfect setting to rest, recharge, and rekindle our inner flames 💞 For booking please see the link in my bio! One of their most magical rooms was the Jungle pool and spa. This lush indoor garden of plants and vines stretched several stories high into the atrium. The view pulled our gaze up to the skylight above, bordered by this incredible greenery and ambience, it was a day of pure calm and bliss 😊 This room provided all the inspiration for the composition of this light sculpture; capturing that calming exhale we felt when entering this room, mesmerized by the water reflections and our gaze drawn up towards the skylight 💙 With the rapid pace of life we all observe every day, it’s important to take a moment to rest, recharge your energy, and reignite the passion in our hearts ❤️‍🔥 Much love to my husband and travel companion @frankrobert for sharing this experience with me 🥰 Music by @skottpeace
