Last weekend I played an ambient set in a historic bath house in Warms Springs, Virginia for @livingartsgathering People drifted in mineral-rich waters as I played some new material from the upcoming @foam_and_sand EP. Grateful for such a rare and beautiful moment 🌊

Today, Circle 66 is out. The 66th piece in the Circle series by my project @foam_and_sand When I started this project a few years ago, I never imagined it would grow into such an expansive body of work. For the first releases, I kept the project completely under the radar; no one knew it was me. It felt important to launch something new without expectations or identity attached to it. Circle 66 is another collaboration with the wonderful @priscillaahn . We first connected a few years ago and created several songs together for an earlier Foam and Sand record. It feels beautiful to reconnect for this new chapter. This is the final single before the new album Quieter arrives on May 29. Circle 68 is the new single from the upcoming album Quieter. This one centers around a minimal harmonic field, leaving space for subtlety to breathe and allowing quiet moments to be part of the composition. This piece features @ambemusic on violin. Her playing mirrors the album’s overall sensibility, serving the reduced soundscape rather than rising above it. Circle 68 is out on all platforms. I would love to hear how it resonates with you.

Circle 61 is out today - a new piece from the upcoming album Quieter, built from a reduced palette, soft tones, analog synths, vibraphone, chimes and bells, shaped slowly through tape. The album making phase has been about taking things away, letting fewer elements carry more, leaving space for the sound to breathe and for the body to settle. If you feel like it, take a moment and listen.
