Well looking back on 2024 has me feeling more blessed than ever. It was an action packed year with so many beautiful moments. So grateful for this beautiful life and all the wonderful people I get to share it with. Trying to pack the year’s memories into 90secs was a challenge but here it is. If I had to give one word to 2024 it would be family. A remembrance of how important family and community is. Through the thick and thin we got each other. For those needing more community reach out hit me up, hit an old friend up, call a family member. We need community more than ever. More random phone calls to each other over txt. Pick up the phone life’s calling. Answer say yes your infinite potential awaits. Wishing you all a beautiful, abundant, radiant, joyous, magical, compassionate, blissful and prosperous 2025. I love you and I am grateful for you being you. Let’s shine our lights bright into this new era. 💗 To my magnificent wife @erika_rekis I love you so much. You’re a super mom. So grateful for all your compassion and patience. Raising the beautiful beings we are lucky to call children. To Sasha and Bodhi you two blow me away everyday with how much wonder and love you have to fill this world with. You make this place so much more beautiful with your presence. THIS WEDNESDAY: Join us for a candlelit Breathwork & Live Sound Bath at KOU w/ @carolynannebudgie & @_kelbey_ . On one of the darkest days of the year, we will connect to breath + healing, with our sweet community. Over 90 minutes, we will explore Breathwork, Meditation and Sound (a little bit of stretching too). Breathwork is a simple and effective tool for transformation, release and optimal wellness. Carolyn and Kelbey guide the experience with many options + with love. Come for a reset, to let go, get clear and return home again. Mats and blocks are included. Tea will be provided before & after class. Classes are 90 minutes. Tickets $40 + tax & fees Class is hosted in Studio 2 - 2008 Manitoba Street

last month's edition was felt to to be special by many. welcoming in another round.. this time featuring a liveAV performance from Schema Drift (@brontron & @_cy.matic_ ), live processed crystal bowls & other sacred sound objects with @_kelbey_ , an estoric vinyl set on a vintage HiFi set-up (from 1976) from iAMi's @frumlater , Scintara as VJ for the night, and @michael__red on opening duties. more improvements to the enviroment, as per usual. some new lighting features and putting a layer of foam under the carpets for added comfort, and probably a few more bits 🙂 as we continue to grow and evolve. some really great artist's are confirmed for future editions too. things continue to fill in and find themselves 🐳 tix & more info in the @low_indigo_ linktree design by @laine_butler

Good news! Our first outdoor session at 390 Industrial of the season is just around the corner. This time around we’ll be celebrating the closing of Week In @paradiseyvr festival and the release of our collaborative beer with @brassneckbrew called “Rice World”. @_emisiv will in town from Toronto playing live and will be joined in the booth by @imdanemacdonald , @dj_d.dee , and some special guests (more on that later). The whole event will also be powered by the @iamisoundsystem and we’ll have an amazing selection of wines courtesy of @juicebaryvr on deck as well as amazing non-alcoholic options from @zamalekmontreal . Did we forget to mention food? Because we’ll have that too! Basically this session is going to be one for the books and a true celebration of what this music thing is all about! 2023 what a beautiful year. I was thinking what did I even do this year. Then I went back through my photos. Shed a few happy tears and put this video together. It was a busy year that taught me so many lessons. Both from its challenges and successes. I’ve realized nothing matters more to me than family and the ones you love. The smiles, the hugs, the conversations and connections. So grateful for all the beautiful people I shared connection with this year. am so grateful for the process of becoming a father, a parent and better partner. Life throws us all kinds of surprises. Always asking us to listen for the lessons. Can you hear them? I aam working on tuning in. Growing. Laughing more. Learning to let go with ease. Life’s too short. breath. It’s been amazing watching Bodhi and Sasha grow this year. So many firsts Feel so blessed for our family and all the adventures to come. May 2024 bless all with love love love. Let that heart shine💗
