As I celebrate another year of life, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to God for this precious gift of life 🙏. Happy Birthday to meeeeee 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
Here are some lessons I've learned on my journey so far:
1. Recognize that your parents don't owe you anything, and take responsibility for your life whether they took care of you or not.
2. Instead of dwelling on what could've been if your parents were around, focus on moving forward. You can only guess, you can’t change the past.
3. Nobody owes you anything, except yourself. Even when others bless you, it's because they chose to, not out of obligation. God works in mysterious ways.
4. Avoid comparing yourself to others, as everyone's path to success is unique. Some had their parents to pave the way for them and others did not so just focus on your own path.
5. Treat yourself and others with kindness, love, and compassion. Don’t be too hard on yourself, life is already hard for some of us but we are figuring it now ,Be KIND.
6. Always be proud of your hard work and hustle, it's the key to creating a better life for oneself. No one is coming to take care of you so don’t be ashamed of that genuine hustle of yours.
