It has been a deep honour to design this monumental issue, featuring all 32 curators to date.


The first A Magazine I designed, was A Magazine curated by Francesco Risso. I will never forget when
@asliceofbambi , Ileana and
@mavistaiano came to
@mikemeire studio, with numerous large lived in leather bags, full of original artworks, paintings, photography, handwritten letters and more. What followed was 4 days and nights of crafting a magazine of 200 pages, entirely by hand. Painting, Writing, Cutting, Gluing, Scanning. It was my first encounter with this publication and made me wonder if it would always be like this. This intense, this personal. So immediate and physical, that it remained imprinted in my core ever since.
Since then came A Magazine Curated By
@erdem.moralioglu , Chitose Abe of sacai ,
@doxpeter and
@glennmartens - each issue as unique as its curator.
A Magazine is unlike any publication I’ve ever worked on. Starting with a blank canvas each time - No grid, no set typography, no predetermined paper - only the format and the A on the cover, as a constant. Designing this publication is an act of framing a deeply personal world of some of the most brilliant minds in fashion today. Demanding true dedication, sensibility and care.

I feel incredibly inspired by all the contributors I had the chance to meet throughout these years, curators, photographers, writers, artist and more. I am in awe of all former editors (
@danthawley 🤍) and art directors that have shaped and know what it means to make this magazine and feel blessed to be part of such an iconic legacy.
