Sunday 5th July, at the Giant's Castle @kelburnparties I am very much looking forward to it, and yes, I have already started playing in my head all the possible vinyls I would want to bring and mix. Coming up with three radio mixes soon, so there will be plenty of room for me to dive into different sounds and moods, before @danzacatartica will recommence after the summer Stay tuned

Well, I have been keeping this now for such a long time, but I am beyond excited to share that I will be playing at my first festival this year at @kelburnparties Thanks again @ron.yonder for the invite. Although I will never stop telling him how grateful I am for his support as a partner and as my best friend, this is just a wee thank you for the support at every single party. I am sure that many regulars and also those who we can now both call friends, will join me in this. Despite we both have very busy working lives (two careers that are very different from music, indeed) and get shattered by the weekend, Ewen has never stopped supporting me through this journey. Even at times when I thought about quitting with Danza Catartica, he has always given me the encouragement to continue because he sees my commitment and dedication to the music I play, and how this has helped me to survive life in Aberdeen. Aberdeen is effectively another place I can call home, but I am sure all my fellow immigrants will know how difficult is to adapt to a different and much colder country. Without you and all the emotional and practical support you gave me, this would not be possible. Thanks to you, as well, we all had 7 great parties. Ewen has always been the friendly and smiley face at the door, with skills that range from ticketing, lifting 2x25kg Technics, and even free counselling at the entry/exit. Most people coming to the parties always recognise him and I am sure we all join to value his immense efforts I love you more than anything ❤️‍🔥 Thanks @northcitysignal for his lovely picture

🗣📣"Dirty Stinking Bass" Thanks so much to all the attendees for a great party last Saturday While it's very nice to see that people are not really paying attention to their phones and recording while on the dancefloor, if you have any sneaky discreete footage, feel free to send it over to me. This party was epic, one for the books ✌️

This final party for the first season of @danzacatartica was absolutely brilliant! @lucas.a.v__ readaptation of @rob_halhead work was the best thing. Well done for resourcing a CRT screen and truly understanding the inspiration and mission of these parties. We have really enjoyed the music and it felt to me as good as a b2b. Also, while other times high BPM experimental tracks might have not fitted the flow of the music and crowd, I was really pleased to see how the end of the 4hrs set went, with tracks that I was dying to play. There was some sorcery from @aphextwin.afx , @upsammy_ & @valentina_magaletti , @djrum_felix , @crossing_avenue and @mike_parker_geophone Watch this space for future events, it might take some time for a return, which should be expected towards the end of 2026, at the earliest. Ultimately, it's about making these parties, sustainable and remaining true to its value base. See you next Silvia

I'm dropping here a few albums Some of these are staples, whereas others might be tracks that I always wish to play but haven't gotten the chance yet. I will also have with me brand new releases, one of these is certainly going to be Mike Parker's new album, which I am super excited to play towards the end of the 4hr set Cheerio 👋

Something very new is cooking for the final party of the first season of Danza Catartica @lucas.a.v__ has worked on this wee project after feeling very inspired by the work and concept behind the night, having studied it meticulously Very excited to see the full visuals on Sat 2nd May Logos by @rob_halhead Track by @netgala - JOAPPA
