Some recent designs I've enjoyed working on for upcoming events.
1. Design for 3:step's 3 year anniversary lineup at Rebellion, Manchester. We centered the visual around a Tansy Beetle, tying into the client’s background in conservation. The idea was to project forward, hinting at a future where species like this are increasingly rare. Showing a balance between high-energy club culture and environmental awareness. Working alongside the founder Luke we will be exploring this theme further in future designs.
2. Animated artwork for a monthly show Flow State from Minus . Showcasing rolling underground jungle and D&B, first Saturday of the month, 9–11pm. You can find it on Subtle Radio. The design is part 2 of an ongoing visual universe being developed across releases, each piece extending the last.
3. Design for Danza Catartica , Danza Catartica is a grass-roots event in Aberdeen, North-East of Scotland that focuses on bass and experimental electronic sounds. Danza Catartica stems from an urge and need for local communities and different subcultural elements to merge together in order to dance, its lead and founder, selects the artists performing purely on their sound, passion and commitment to musical research. 8 months ago we worked together on the branding, and since have continuously created surreal landscapes to compliment it, developing a strong visual identity for her nights.
4. Artwork for Novo Speed. Based in Brighton, Novo Speed is a night that explores, house, techno, hard house and trance. I've been working alongside the founder for a few years developing their branding and creating surreal 90's inspired rave flyers that have a strong retro sci-fi feel.
5. Artwork for System × Rupture. A celebration of sound system culture, built around a hybrid of both unique identities, their logos merged and reshaped into a single evolving form. System is a dubstep/bass label which is run by Vivek, whilst Rupture is a jungle, dnb & breakbeat label run by Double O & Mantra. Two respected labels coming together to create a unique event at Bristol's Trinity Centre.
Always appreciate working alongside other creatives that I can resonate with. 🌀

This piece has been designed specifically for the Backhand 4 exhibition at Centrespace Gallery. The theme of the exhibition was ‘Cracking’.
The artwork confronts the tension between human creativity and machine learning.
