Squats went as planned 3rd was a lil spicy but nothing new when it comes to my squats. Needed to get that 500 on the platform.
Bench: 3/3 110KG✅/117.5KG✅/122.5KG✅ +10KG PR
My “favorite lift” we knew bench was going to show up well. Goal was just to go 3/3 and executed. Back cramped up on the third and it all went down hill from there
Deadlift: 2/3 240KG✅/255KG✅/260KG❌ +10KG PR
After bench my back was fighting for its life. I knew everything was going to look and feel rough but still had to pull through. After my second pull I said yea I ain’t got it but still wanted to attempt a third. It was worth the shot.
