I was on pace to finally hit a PR triple on bench for week 4 but my lower back said naw bro lets take our time. Injuries do not keep me down because I see things from a different perspective. I always see it as redirection because it's usually my body telling me that I'm doing something that it doesn't like and it always leads me to better technique and better outcomes.
