Hi there! I’m Bianca-Jade, the founder of B Major and a proud mom to two amazing daughters. As an entrepreneur, I’ve worn many hats—spanning communications, HR, Office management, Mentoring, Life Coaching, Beauty therapy, and more. I also hold a master’s degree in international business.
B Major was inspired by my grandmother, Rita May - through her profound influence on my life and resilience. I also took inspiration from my journey through postnatal depression, miscarriages, domestic abuse, and navigating my way through motherhood (It’s the ghetto 😩) My mission is to empower moms to embrace their potential and prioritise mental well-being through meaningful, therapeutic events.
These events provide a compassionate and nurturing environment for mothers to: • Address mental health challenges • Share personal experiences without judgment • Explore strategies for navigating motherhood’s complexities • Engage in personal growth and self-development
The aim is to create a supportive, confidential space where mothers can openly discuss their struggles, emotions, and individual journeys while receiving understanding and constructive guidance.
I’m dedicated to transforming my personal pain into a beacon of hope, showing mothers that their struggles do not define them, and their potential is boundless.

11.04.25 we made history.
16 businesses came together to build a stronger more unified community through walking, building connections with other Brum community members & grounding with nature 💚✨
We took over 80 people (families, loan walkers, elderly & disabled) to Malvern Hills - It was truly inspirational to see everyone step out of their comfort zones & be vulnerable which allowed us to grow a bond as a community. Everyone went through a struggle with their breathing, aching joints, ability, mind set & yet, with a little support, kindness from our community we each made it at our own pace, with grace & gratitude 🤲
