These fun and welcoming sessions will start after October half-term and are a fantastic way to:

Birmingham… we’re coming back 💜
After such a beautiful response to our first Birmingham pop-up last weekend, we knew we had to return for those who missed us the first time.
In collaboration with Lotus Zen Wellbeing, Hammock Harmonies is bringing our signature multisensory experience back to the West Midlands for another deeply restorative evening of rest, sound and nervous system soothing.
Imagine floating weightlessly in our aerial hammocks…Live sound healing washing over you…Soft touch, deep rest, stillness, warmth and care…A space where your body no longer has to brace itself.
This is not just relaxation.It’s an experience you feel with your whole being.
