I do this work because I believe in what happens when someone finally feels held.
Not rushed.
Not judged.
Just safe enough to exhale.
There were moments when giving up would have been easier.
Quieter.
More sensible.
But Hammock Harmonies has shown me that I can trust myself.
These sessions didnāt just build a business.
They rebuilt my relationship with myself.
They reminded me of my softness, my steadiness, my ability to stay with something that matters deeply.
Every hammock holds a story.
Every sound settles a nervous system thatās been bracing for too long.
And every time I show up, Iām reminded why I chose this life.
Iām deeply grateful for this work.
For what it offers others, and for what itās quietly given me.
Because my son is watching.
And I want him to see a woman who backs herself.
Who doesnāt walk away from her calling when it gets hard.
Who leads with devotion, courage, and love.
This isnāt just what I do.
Itās what I chose to stay with. š

Something very special happened at Hammock Harmonies yesterday š
We had the absolute privilege of welcoming Katie Price and Harvey Price into our sensory sanctuary and honestly⦠it was such a beautiful reminder of why this business was created.
The world can feel incredibly loud for so many people.
For those with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, anxiety or simply overwhelmed nervous systems, true rest can feel almost impossible to access.
As somebody who is autistic myself, with a background as an SEN tutor and British Sign Language practitioner, creating spaces that feel SAFE to the nervous system has always been deeply personal to me.
Yesterday we slowed everything down.
Soft movement.
Deep pressure.
Gentle sound healing.
Nurturing touch.
A cocoon-like sensory escape where there was nothing expected of them other than to rest.
Katie shared that she often struggles to switch off, feels constantly overstimulated and has previously found meditation difficult because sitting still can feel impossible for an ADHD mind.
But the hammocks did the trick š
Watching both Katie and Harvey fully exhale into the experience was incredibly emotional and such a privilege for us all.
Thank you for trusting us during such a busy and overwhelming time.
Huge love also to VIP HQļæ¼ and Primrose Head Spaļæ¼ for collaborating with us and helping create such a beautiful environment for rest, regulation and care.
This is more than relaxation.
This is nervous system support.
This is human connection.
This is Hammock Harmonies š #KatiePrice #HarveyPrice #autismawareness

Millions have now watched Hammock Harmonies onlineā¦but nothing compares to experiencing it in real life. š
There is something deeply human about being sung to.
Long before playlists, podcasts or screens, we were soothed by the sound of another personās voice. A mother humming to her baby. A grandparent singing softly in the kitchen. Someone comforting us without needing to fix anything at all.
When somebody sings to you while your body is completely relaxed, floating weightlessly, the nervous system often responds in a way words alone cannot reach. The voice becomes reassurance. Safety. Presence. Care.
It taps into nostalgia because the body remembers what it felt like to be held gently in moments before we even had language for them.
Live singing carries breath, vibration, emotion and intention. It is imperfect in the most beautiful way and that is exactly why it feels so real. Your body doesnāt just hear it⦠it feels it.
Sometimes healing is not loud.
Sometimes it is simply being sung to while you let yourself soften for a while š

This honestly came from one of the most stressful mornings Iāve had in business for a long time.
I realised today that customer loyalty is not built in the moments where everything goes perfectly.
Itās built slowly over time through human connection.
Through warmth.
Through honesty.
Through the way people feel in your presence.
I think so many business owners are focusing on algorithms, aesthetics and marketing strategies while completely overlooking the nervous system of the person standing in front of them.
The way you greet somebody.
The way you notice if theyāre anxious.
The way you reassure them.
The way you make them feel safe.
Thatās the real magic.
So I decided to put everything Iāve learned over the last 3 years into a guide called The HH Way.
Itās for any business owner wanting to create deeper trust, stronger loyalty and more meaningful customer relationships no matter the industry.
And honestly⦠most of it costs absolutely nothing to implement.
The PDF is Ā£20 and available now if youād like a copy.
Just message me āHH WAYā š¤ #Businesswoman #BusinessOwner #businesstips
Fingertips moving slowly through your hair, not rushed, not purposeful, just soft and steady. It sends a signal deeper than thought. The kind that tells your nervous system it can loosen its grip a little.
As your body floats, weightless and supported, thereās nothing for you to carry. No tension to hold in place. The gentle tracing through your hair becomes an anchor, a quiet reassurance that you are safe enough to soften.
Itās not dramatic. Itās not loud. But itās powerful in a way thatās hard to explain. That subtle, careful touch can feel like being gathered in, like being held without needing arms around you.
And somewhere in that stillness, something shifts. The body remembers what it feels like to be cared for without asking, to be loved without performing.
Just you, suspended, supported, and gently reminded that you donāt have to do anything to deserve this feeling. #fyp #hammockharmonies #selflove
STOP SCROLLING!
Have a look š
A segment from the HARMONISE journal š
this might be the most honest thing you do today!
mirror work isnāt about vanity
itās about witnessing, seeing , observing.
most of us avoid our own reflection
not because we donāt care how we look
but because weāre not used to being seen
without distraction, without judgement, without rushing past ourselves
when you stand in front of a mirror and really look
something shifts
your face isnāt just a face
itās memory
itās lineage
itās every expression youāve ever held, every moment that shaped you
hundreds of people came before you
and somehow, they all meet here
in you! šāØ
mirror work asks you to stay
even when it feels uncomfortable
especially then
to notice the softness in your eyes
the strength in your features
the tiny details youāve spent years criticising
and begin, gently, to see them differently
not perfect
just yours
because the relationship you have with your reflection
is often the relationship you have with yourself
and thatās something worth tending to in my opinion.
try this today
stand in front of the mirror a little longer than usual
no fixing, no adjusting
just looking
and see what you notice
when you stop trying to change what you see.
