It’s been months since I’ve kept those frames in a folder! One reason I’m leaning more towards film photography is that I’m not interested in the instant gratification that most “content creators” seem to chase. Many of them take countless pictures with little thought behind them, often ending up with just two meaningful images out of a thousand, and I guess that also ok.For me, it’s about the process: focusing on taking one picture at the time, being present when I am doing it. That’s why I feel more drawn to analog photography now.This post may not get many likes, is not surf centered but I genuinely don’t care because the process itself is far more attractive and interesting!Model: VALERIA SAHAGUNG ( @valsahagung )Film: @ilfordphoto HP5Gear: Nikon F5 + 50mm f/1.8 DLab: @dichroicfilm

LINK IN BIO. I feel lucky to be part of this project and to have developed an organic relationship with talented individuals like Lola and Nico. I never forced any connections; instead, I found the opportunity to get along with such creative people. I am grateful for the chance to create alongside amazing individuals and for the support of a brand like Vans, which has been dedicated to surfing and skateboarding for a long time, helping and encouraging their riders to be creative!
