ALI SHONAK (2026) Our yearly, Arizona-grown project is back... Ali Shonak (2026). This all-Arizona lager was brewed with our friend Dero @_______dero —a Phoenix-based chef and artist. This beer is built entirely from ingredients grown right here at home. @sinaguamalt barley lays down a clean, sturdy base, while Ramona’s pink and yellow corn and heritage wheat berries add a soft sweetness and a little extra texture. We finished it with hand-foraged wild hops from the White Mountains. They’re subtle, a little rustic, and bring a gentle bitterness with some light floral character. It’s a simple idea we look forward to every year that celebrates local ingredients, good people, and our great state of Arizona. 5.3% ABV. Available FRIDAY in person and at the 24th street taproom ONLY! Grab it while you can!

@steadfast_diner is pleased to welcome long time friend of the farm, James Beard Award nominated and Chopped Champion… Chef Derek Christensen as our Executive Chef. We first met Derek seven years ago upon his return to the valley and amidst a kitchen sabbatical. He joined @steadfastfarm for a season and worked the fields, searching for what he referred to as “the roots of food and nature and people, something that can not be found in the kitchen or dining room. Something only the sore bones and muddied hands of a long harvest day can provide.” Over the years Derek has made a name for himself, from his farm dining company Moonrise Standard, to his time running the well adorned Bacanora. Alongside multiple Food Network appearances, he was the creative force behind Wren Sudhalle and currently hosts his seasonal pop-up Nordborg at Sauvage Wine Bar.
