The vineyard is almost in its flowering stage, that delicate window where those tiny green blooms transform into the fruit that’ll define the vintage. It’s brief, it’s beautiful, and it’s everything 🌼

Cactus Cru Rouge 24 — A Super Tuscan inspired red blend from Rolling View Vineyard in Willcox. Fifty percent Cabernet Sauvignon, twenty five percent Sangiovese, twenty five percent Merlot. Dark cherry, plum, subtle earth. Classic structure with high desert soul.
Cactus Cru Blanc NV — A Bordeaux inspired white blend from Bonita Springs Vineyard in Willcox. Predominantly Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Bright citrus, stone fruit, and that unmistakable desert minerality. Old World inspiration, Arizona terroir.
