Some clips from my most recent @keephush_ where I played the full spectrum of bass 150-170bpm - had a lot of fun with this trying to push out a newer sound!!! 💚Also had to play the 150bpm deadmau5 workout on slide 6 lol
In November I had the pleasure of doing this 100-200bpm mix with the ever-talented and mind boggling @kop_zd4n This one is pure sludge and slime and sleaze and some untouched gems from the depths of my catalogue🪱
Me and Kop-Z actually go back a few years now having done some (questionable) sets together in our youth. It was nice to reunite on the decks in a different context, and it was done with a sense of familiar comfortability which I think translates in the mixing. Have never had anything but admiration for Kop-z, despite the fact his music did used to scare me a little.
I loved this bpm format and I think there’s something almost cathartic about ending a set where you started. My musics only gonna get weirder and my mixing more chaotic!!!!!!!!!!! Stream on swu.fm
