Ran a 5miler on Thanksgiving Day and surprised myself with a sub 7min/mile pace considering I’ve only been doing slow runs at 8:30-9min/mile pace. It’s amazing what happens when you trust your body, trust the work you’ve put in, and start trusting your nutrition, too! Here’s what I consumed on race day to help me prepare for the race: 1.5hrs before race: @genucan Energy bar Between 30-60mins before race: @honeystinger Energy chews 15mins before race: @honeystinger Energy gel After race: @drinklmnt Electrolyte drink for recovery and rehydration (All products can be found on @thefeed ) . . . . . #feedambassadormonthly
