The ability to be totally open & honest about your faith and values is now a genuine cornerstone in creating a meaningful artist brand that can create a sustainable business. How you communicate your faith through your music, content and IRL activations is exactly what we focus on at @unionhouse__ “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
(Colossians 3:23)

Management into Partnership. After a decade of building a meaningful song catalogue and business with @eyelarx it’s wonderful to evolve that into a full JV partnership. Thank you to Ralph @peermusicuk@hs_knyt@sarah_surrender for sharing our vision on how songwriters evolve in the music business. Thanks to the 🐐 @stevelucky52 for all the legal hard-work to get this groundbreaking deal done. Excited for this new chapter in Eyelar’s career 🥳🙏🏾
Yesterday I played a very special Birthday DJ Set @unitninemk for the Garage & RnB day party 🥳 - first time Ive actually dj’d here since we launched the venue over 6 years ago.

Celebrating 30 years of the MOBO Awards & my birthday today. 🎂
Been a minute since I’ve been outside, so it was great to see so many familiar faces in one room.
For three decades, the MOBOs have played a pivotal role in championing Black music and culture - genuinely creating visibility, opportunity and recognition where it wasn’t always promised. They’ve consistently set the standard for showcasing Black music at the highest level in mainstream media.
Congratulations to everyone involved, and to all the nominees, performers and winners continuing to move things forward.
Special shout to @dc3media on winning Best Newcomer. We have all watched you lead the charge in sharing your incredible art and keeping your integrity by speaking about your faith in Jesus with real boldness and freedom. 💪🏾❤️
My best decision yet.
One year ago today I made the decision to be baptised.
It wasn’t just a gesture of gratitude - it was about surrendering my desire for control, and learning to trust daily that God can work things out in ways we can’t always see.
It was also an acknowledgement that we don’t have to carry everything on our own. There is freedom in releasing our fears, needs and worries, and trusting that we are not meant to navigate life alone.
Over the past year I’ve seen how restoration is possible - in our health, our hearts, and in the values that shape how we live.
I’ll always be a work in progress, but I’m incredibly grateful that God’s grace is constant.
“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you.” (Ezekiel 36:26)
It’s taken a while but I’ve fallen back in love with the process again- sometimes we need to remind ourselves of what really inspires us and really be patient to find those people to create with. When I first met @rubymaeofficiall at the Great Escape in 2024, she was 18 and already an incredibly accomplished performer oozing confidence and warmth on stage (check the last slide). 2 years later after lots of twists and turns it’s a wonderful moment to launch her debut EP on 2-Tone. When I started the 2-Tone brand it was hugely inspired by the DNA of Motown and Northern Soul and so finding an artist who authentically embodies those values was always a bucket list moment. Launching a new artist in 2026 is not for the feint hearted- and it’s absolutely impossible without a team of people who believe as much as you do- I appreciate you all. Go have a listen - it’s a wonderful 1st body of work. 🎵
An important day for Black Music- the @_ukmusic report has been published - Black Music has contributed to more than 80% of the total UK Music Business revenue in the last 30years. Thats £24.5 Billion. May this be a reminder to anyone who sees Black music as a marginalised genre. Thank you to @paulette.long.obe@ammotalwar@eunice_o for all your work on this and all those who have tirelessly worked to make sure Black Music is represented and respected.
#2016 really was a vintage year 🍾 .
Looking back I’m grateful for all the memories, but if Im being honest I was far away from any sort of real gratitude. I was on a hamster wheel chasing the world’s idea of success and I made a lot of mistakes that were anchored in old narratives I had of myself.
Now my eyes are open - I realise that God had already given me all I could ever need. ✞ 🙏🏾
Over the last few years, my own journey into faith has quietly reshaped how I see music, purpose, and what it really means to build something that truly lasts.
2-Tone Ent. has always been about finding artists with something real to say, giving them the support, space, and strategy to grow with integrity.
@unionhouse__ is the natural evolution of that.
A home for faith-adjacent artists, creatives, and fans who want to be part of a meaningful community and a foundation to grow from.
I’m excited to serve the long game alongside the wonderful @kirstydtrin@ttheology@rockynti and all the creatives who care so deeply about our faith and our community.
The songs, the stories, the rooms, and the infrastructure that help creativity and belief live side by side in the real world.
Welcome to Union House. ✞ 🏡
Artist & Manager Awards 2025. Congratulations to Wes and all the nominees and winners this year. Thanks to Tom and The Symphonic team for hosting me on their table. Big congratulations to Annabella and the MMF team on another great event. The Artist & Manager relationship is more important than ever and this event is certainly one of the highlights of the calendar. 🫡
