We had a fantastic night at the private screening for our film Tadpole. Thank you to the cast, crew, family, and friends who came to support. It was a fun filled night and we’re so grateful for our village. The film was really well received and we’re excited for what’s to come. Go Team Tadpole 💚

Some new frames I photographed for @watch_tadpole .
This selection showcases how unit photographers take various stills and behind scenes moments of the same setup.
We try to get as much coverage as we can of time and spaced as allows so the production has a variety to choose from.
20 unit stills and behind the scenes giving a first look into Tadpole, shot for @ethandirects and @2nancylove showcasing key cast and crew.
This short came to me via recommendation via my friend @caitwithacamera and I’m grateful—teams like these I do not come by often. Ethan’s long term relationship with many of the crew members made for a smooth set and precise professionalism that made my visit more than worthy and his ability as a director was immediately present.
This set came to me at a very important time in my career—having just gotten my first offers for films that would allow me to become a union local 600 still photographer as well as my first bands in music.
Hustling stills continues suprise what kind of doors can be opened and all access from sets like these that know what they’re doing remind me that “the now” is priceless.
“The destination” comes from those you least expect and when you aren’t ready. It just did for me…then again?
The world that built me and how I shoot taught me “everything you want is on the other side of fear.”
