Nestled in the heart of Fairfield, @vespinoct is a culinary gem. The menu is a celebration of classic Italian dishes, each prepared with a modern twist. For appetizers we ordered the Grilled Calamari, tender and perfectly charred. Don’t miss the Homemade Meatballs, a comforting classic that will transport you straight to Nonna’s kitchen. For a hearty main course we ordered, the Barolo Braised Short Rib (a must-try, meltingly tender and rich in flavor). The Crab Stuffed Wild Shrimp, was a delightful seafood melody. So good 🦐🦀 They have a nice variety of handcrafted cocktails as well. Sardinian Special was a so refreshing🍹 Be sure to save room for their desserts. We ordered Homemade Tiramisu, a sweet ending that perfectly encapsulates the essence of Italian dessert. TerraSole Ristorante is always a good idea 🍸✨ @terrasole Their new happy hour menu is officially calling our names and we kicked things off with the grilled shrimp and Personal pizza — the perfect bites to pair with a cocktail (which are always creative, balanced, and absolutely delicious here). One of the standout new dishes was the burrata topped with basil, strawberries, black and gold sea salt, olive oil, balsamic, and caviar. Sweet, savory, fresh, and honestly stunning on the table. For mains, the Lemon Spaghetti completely stole the show for me 🍋 Spaghetti with spring peas, shrimp, panko, lemon zest, and a creamy Meyer lemon sauce that just feels light, bright, and perfect for spring and summer dining. The flat iron steak was another favorite — incredibly flavorful with their chimichurri sauce. And whatever you do… save room for dessert. This spot is out of this world 😂😂 In all honesty @cosmiccafeofficial is such a vibe you kind of forget where you are. This spot offers coffee, tea, smoothies, breakfast, and lunch options. Those house made chips served with the sandwiches are delish. Their new spring menu items are out now. I highly recommend that salad. Did I mention they also have a drive thru?!
