Created in 1928 at the legendary Harry’s New York Bar by bartender Harry Craddock, the Leap Year Cocktail was crafted to celebrate the rare arrival of February 29th. A bright, elegant mix of gin, Grand Marnier, sweet vermouth, and fresh lemon juice, the cocktail became known for its balance of citrus, botanicals, and subtle richness.
Nearly a century later, it remains a timeless reminder that some moments are only meant to come around once in a while.
