TerraSole Ristorante is always a good idea 🍸✨ @terrasole Their new happy hour menu is officially calling our names and we kicked things off with the grilled shrimp and Personal pizza — the perfect bites to pair with a cocktail (which are always creative, balanced, and absolutely delicious here). One of the standout new dishes was the burrata topped with basil, strawberries, black and gold sea salt, olive oil, balsamic, and caviar. Sweet, savory, fresh, and honestly stunning on the table. For mains, the Lemon Spaghetti completely stole the show for me 🍋 Spaghetti with spring peas, shrimp, panko, lemon zest, and a creamy Meyer lemon sauce that just feels light, bright, and perfect for spring and summer dining. The flat iron steak was another favorite — incredibly flavorful with their chimichurri sauce. And whatever you do… save room for dessert. We started with “A Whole New World” cocktail and “Tail of the Time” both were incredibly refreshing and well-balanced, complementing the meal perfectly. The Wagyu Crispy Rice with truffle cream is an absolute must-try, perfectly blending textures and flavors. The Jumbo Lump Crab Tower is another highlight, offering a generous portion of fresh crab. The Cod Aqua Pazza and Oyster Terra Sole are also standouts, showcasing fresh ingredients and culinary expertise.
