our organization is dedicated to supporting students with an interest in animals, wildlife, and the field of zoology. we welcome individuals from all majors and all levels of experience, creating an environment where curiosity is encouraged and growth is intentional.
through biweekly meetings held during u-hour, members engage in educational discussions, interactive activities, and collaborative planning. we are committed to expanding opportunities in animal science and conservation by hosting guest speakers, participating in community service, partnering with campus organizations, and increasing access to volunteer experiences with wildlife organizations, zoos, and sanctuaries.
while we were not able to operate last semester, that time was spent preparing and laying the foundation for a stronger and more organized semester ahead. we focused on restructuring, planning, and ensuring that we could return with clarity and purpose. we are grateful to everyone who remained supportive and patient during that process.
our goal moving forward is to strengthen engagement and provide meaningful experiences that support both academic and career development. be sure to stay active and look out for upcoming posts as we introduce the current executive board and share more about what we have planned.
we look forward to welcoming new members and continuing to build a strong, connected community.
more updates will be shared soon.
