We had a fang-tastic🦇✨ time hosting Bat Night here at the Lyle Center
There was plenty of bat-themed fun to be had, ranging from learning about the different bat species of California to crafting bat-shaped origami.
Through the many informational booths at the event, we were taught about bat habitats, how echolocation works, and the anatomy of different bat species.
There was even an interactive experience, where groups of attendees could take a walk around the Lyle Center using Bat Detectors to listen in on their echolocation.
Be sure to attend Bat Day next year if you want to delve into the interesting world of bats!

COME TO SPRING BAT NIGHT at LYLE CENTER ( @lylecenter )!
March 18th from 6pm to 9pm, we will be having our signature bat walks, arts & crafts, and so many more fun events
There's limited parking at Lyle Center and parking at building structure 2 with a shuttle going directly back and forth to Lyle Center, however this requires a parking pass
We will be having SPECIAL GUEST from LA Bat Rescue ( @labatrescue ) and CPP Geology club ( @geologyclubcpp )!
This event is FREE, however donations for food are appreciated. EEK EEK !
