Playing Mia in ‘Heat Haze’ - a short film written and directed by @margaritamilne We’ve now been accepted into Bolton & Cambridge film festivals 🙌🏼 Based on ‘flirty fishing’, a form of sacred prostitution or evangelism by sexual intimacy - I found it so interesting researching for this role and understanding the mindset of women in modern religious cults. To all the dancers out there, I don’t think we take enough of a moment to acknowledge this…. how confronting it can be, the self talk, the pressure to perform, the comparisons, heartbreak, attachment to outcomes, exhaustion along with euphoria, mad adrenaline rush moments & joy intertwined with many moments of rejection, pure brokenness or injury… If you’re a mover of any kind, take a moment to appreciate how incredible you and your body are!! 🫶🏼 Loving being in a place where I’m dancing more and more for myself these days ✨ Also the irony of filming this one day going full power and then the next day being in bed with a cricked neck and sore hip…a humbling experience lol

My word for 2025 was REWIRE - so I guess I set the tone for some big shifts 😅 Whilst it was challenging at times, I had a lot of amazing moments - here are some of the highlights and things I’m most proud of 🙏🏼 1. Celebrating my birthday & helping on a project in the Amazon 2. A week of training in African dance styles @weareafroqueens @patiencegop 3. Wales Bothy life 4. The beginning of my twerk journey 😅@klaramilu choreo 🔥 5. Performing in Monaco 6. Starting my first weekly sound bath slot @therefinerye9 7. Launching a series of dancers mindset & technique classes @themanorldn 8. Receiving my reiki level one certificate 9. @wakinglife.pt where I led a secret sensual movement experience 🤭 10. @dancing.body festival 11. Delivering sound baths to hundreds of people over two weekends of @tomorrowland in Belgium 12. A week of workshops with @responsetheatrecompany 13. A run of sold out ballet burlesque shows at Edinburgh fringe with @bellas.ballerinas 14. Performing at @danceoffline with my @con__tempo family 15. Teaching weekly partner work classes at @emildaleacademy 16. ‘Heat Haze’ made it to Cambridge and Bolton film festivals 17. Joining @companyjinks 18. A very last min Menorca gig 19. Hosted my final sound bath & journalling session of the year at Jelly house 20. Christmas with family in Devon Grateful for another year of expansion and lessons 🫶🏼 I think we often get caught up in what we want from life rather than listening to what life might want for us, so I hope to surrender to that more in 2026 💫 Thank you to everyone who was there for me in this mad and wild year of the snake 🐍🔥

I’m so excited to be bringing my work with sound to the dance industry…my two worlds colliding ✨ I have developed a series of sound sessions designed specifically to support artists and performers. I use guided meditations incorporating hypnosis techniques and breathwork to rewire neural pathways for confidence, success and connection to life force - (creative energy). Sound frequencies allow the system to feel safe to receive and embody these powerful shifts while in full rest and relaxation. That mad time I was on @esprit store fronts across Europe 😅💙can’t believe this was 10 years ago! Some people say I haven’t aged in that time 🤭🤣 but honestly on the inside I feel like a completely different person. While I don’t measure my value or growth in jobs, they are good markers on our journey to reflect on how much we’ve grown. I think this was life’s way of saying I deserved to be seen and celebrated, and not to limit myself, which I didn’t understand at the time.
