I’m Christine, the founder of YVR Creatives. @IAmChristineCoughlin 🌟 I’m the mom of three: two girls and a boy. 🥰 I was a VERY restless stay-at-home mom for a decade before I started blogging on Instagram and then at The-InBetween.ca as a way to rediscover myself and remember what I was good at/liked doing. 😅🤷‍♀️ Blogging opened the doors to meet so many fascinating and creative people and helped me discover and embrace my creative side. 💫 Pre-kids, I worked as the Director of Operations in the fashion industry and studied Marketing Communications and Public Relations. Last night, Christine @yvr.creatives filled a room with 100 women who came to connect, to know each other in person, be pushed and inspired, and to be reminded that we are f* awsome! and YES, for the charcuterie. Which was incredible! I had the honor of rebranding this dream with her, and seeing it come alive last night filled me with so much pride and joy. @motherhoodsummit I enjoyed every conversation, every laugh. We stayed over 10 pm! That was a huge deal for most us hahahaha I am usually passed out by this time! SO worth it. This group is special. Thank you all so much. Christine, you built THE room you once dreamed of having for yourself. The room is here, making dreams real. 💛🙏🔥 YOU SHOULD BE SO PROUD. I CAN FEEL this is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see what comes next.

✨ Speaker Spotlight: Fernanda ✨ If you’ve ever looked at a brand and thought, wow, they just get it… There’s a good chance someone like Fernanda is behind it. Fernanda believes that when people show up as their most authentic selves, they impact more lives—and she just happens to do that through branding. As the founder of FDesign Mindful Branding, she works with founders and marketing teams to find the big idea at the heart of their work, closing the gap between what they've built and how the world sees it, turning brands that go unnoticed into ones that are truly remarkable. We asked Fernanda to share a little about her experience of motherhood… What surprised you most about motherhood? “That it was non-negotiable to focus on myself. To be the best mom, I had to focus on getting to know myself more and more every day — so I could become my best version and overflow the best of me for my family.” What does your most empowered version of motherhood look like? “Working with what I love, having the freedom to own my agenda, and the flexibility to take care of myself whenever I want, because I deserve it. Feeling amazing about the woman I am. No guilt. Keep evolving and teaching my son that the most important thing in life is to feel so good about yourself that nothing can shake that, and then empowering everyone around you to do the same.” Mom guilt confession? “I feel bad leaving him at school from 8 am to 4 pm. And I feel even worse when I'm home with him, and sometimes I'm just not 100% present or as patient as he deserves. But at the same time, I love working, having time for myself...” Fernanda has been part of YVR Creatives since day one and is the genius behind our new brand identity.
