People love to say something is “too woo”… until science starts catching up to it. 👀 And on the flip side, some people cling so tightly to “facts” and “logic” while completely ignoring the fact that science itself. Quantum physics especially starts opening some really interesting doors when it comes to energy, connection, consciousness, and the unseen. A few things science already tells us: ✨ Everything is energy. Scientifically speaking, every object, body, thought, and atom carries frequency and vibration. ✨ Particles can affect each other across distance. Quantum entanglement suggests two particles can remain connected no matter how far apart they are. Connection beyond physical space is not as impossible as we once thought. ✨ The observer changes the outcome. In quantum experiments, observation itself influences behavior. Meaning: awareness, focus, and consciousness matter. So maybe the conversation isn’t: “Is this woo or real?” Maybe it’s: “How much do we actually still not understand?” If you’re struggling today… observe your energy. Observe the rooms that drain you. Observe the people that shift your nervous system. Observe the thoughts your body reacts to. Observe what expands you versus what contracts you. There is something deeply spiritual about admitting we don’t actually know what’s coming next. The release of the outcome is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. The moment we stop gripping so tightly to needing all the answers, needing certainty, needing control… something in the body softens. The nervous system exhales. The soul breathes again. We spend so much of life pretending we know where we’re going. Pretending we have a five-step plan for every chapter. But spiritually speaking? Most of us are being guided through feeling, resonance, nudges, timing, intuition, and trust. There is joy in naiveness. There is freedom in surrender. There is peace in saying:“I don’t have it all figured out yet… and that’s okay.” Go toward what feels aligned. Follow what expands you. Trust the little pulls. Release the obsession with needing to know how it all unfolds before you begin living it. Because truthfully? None of us fully know what the fuck we’re doing. And somehow…life still unfolds. And she just… got it. No over-explaining. No second-guessing. Just this quiet confidence in understanding not only the aesthetic, but the feeling we’re creating. Heather is kind, thoughtful, and a true visionary—but what stood out most to me is how deeply she considers energy in a space. The flow, the intention, the way people will experience it. And for someone like me, who works so heavily in energy… that matters more than anything. I left that conversation feeling heard, supported, and honestly… even more excited for what we’re building. There’s something I experience in sessions that I’ve never really had the perfect words for… but I call it emotional transfer. It’s not just hearing your story. It’s feeling it. Like… I step into your perspective for a moment. I can feel how that situation actually landed in your body. Not the “what happened” — but the how it felt when it happened. And that’s where the conversation changes. Because I’m not guessing. I’m not analyzing. I’m with you in it. And sometimes… I’ll also feel it from the other side too. The other person. The missed communication. The intention that didn’t land properly. The full picture — not just the pain point. Which, honestly, can make me very invested 😅 Because I’m experiencing it like it happened to me by proxy. But here’s the part that matters most— That feeling? That validation? A lot of people have never actually had that before. To be seen in a moment they’re still carrying. To have Spirit step in and say, “Yeah… that was a lot. And it makes sense that it stayed with you.” Sometimes that’s the thing that helps you finally release it. There are nights that stay with you… and this was one of them 🤍 So incredibly grateful to have attended the @thebeayoutifulbenefit with The BeaYOUtiful Foundation @beayoutiful_org — a room filled with powerful women, honest stories, and a shared intention to support the next generation of young girls. It really hit me… I wish 10-year-old me had access to a space like this. A place that nurtures confidence, encourages self-trust, and reminds young girls that they’re supported — not just from within, but through real, accessible resources around them. Watching what’s being created for these girls… it matters. Deeply.
