For the Builders Life for Me community challenge hosted by @eticket_builders , I took on the robber pirate scene from Pirates of the Caribbean!
It was a fun challenge figuring out how to capture that transformation from skeleton to living pirate. I explored a few ideas, but in the end I kept it simple and leaned into the kind of playability you often see in LEGO sets—and honestly, I’m really happy with how it turned out.
Sometimes simple is best ⚓️

Everyone’s favorite most thrilling ride in Disneyland is finally here. 🇺🇸
This MOC recreates the unforgettable ride vehicle from Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln, along with its neighbor Walt Disney – A Magical Life, faithfully scaled down for minifigures.
Packed with authentic detail, this vehicle seats one minifigure so they can fully experience the attraction exactly as intended.
After all, nothing beats a great moment… with air conditioning. ❄️

It's time for a trip through the Matterhorn! 🏔️
My brother @outabricks and I started designing this Matterhorn Bobsleds ride vehicle about a week ago but never finished it—until now.
To add a bit more German flavor, we worked the hot dog piece into the build—because sometimes the best details come from unexpected LEGO parts. And wouldn't you know it? My favorite CPU (creative parts usage) is dogs and frogs 🌭🐸
This model seats six minifigures and can be built in red or blue.
Instructions are now available on Rebrickable! Link in bio.
This build was a combined effort by @outabricks and @you.block.head .
Special thanks to @c.lee.me for the assistance with the color shaping!

Mr. Toad minifigure and his little motorcar! 🐸
The car is a heavily modified version of tacotaco64tm’s build from Rebrickable, which was a great starting point. I made quite a few tweaks to get it closer to the look I wanted.
As for the minifig, I do wish I were better at painting so I could fix the head color, but for now it will have to do. One of these days I also need to learn how to make stickers so I can give him his Deed on a little 2×3 tile.
For now though… Mr. Toad is ready for another wild ride. Poop-poop! 😅
Finally tackled a Tomorrowland ride 🚀
This time I built the ride vehicle from Space Mountain. I ended up designing two versions — the classic red, white, and blue rocket, and the newer version with the orange glow. But there was a third what-if color variation that couldn't be actually built. But I can dream...
Both fit 6 minifigs, and the instructions include each version so you can build whichever era of the ride you like best.
Tomorrowland might be a bit of a mess right now, but I still love it nonetheless.
Thank you, @soycoaster , for the suggestion!

Another Toontown build done! 🐿️🌰
This time I tackled the train from Gadget’s Go Coaster. I always loved the chaotic, homemade look of the acorn cars and all the little contraptions that make the ride feel like something Gadget threw together herself.
I designed the train so each cart fits a minifigure. The instructions include the front car and a rear car, and you can just duplicate the rear carts to make the train as long as you want.
Thanks to @br7ce.n for the suggestion, hope you all like it!

Some rides just stick with you 🐛🍉
Heimlich’s Chew Chew Train was my absolute favorite ride growing up. It was when I developed taste… pun intended. This ride was genuinely great.
Every time I visit DCA I still find myself missing it. It was simple, silly, and full of charm. Rolling through giant food while Heimlich munched along, with the smells of animal crackers and other treats drifting through the train cars, is something I wish I could experience again.
Part of me still wishes they had relocated it somewhere near Pixar Pier just so DCA could keep a few more attractions around. But even though it’s gone, I can still look back on it fondly — so I figured the best way to keep a little piece of it around was to build my own.
A small bite of a sweet memory.

Baby mine 🐘✨
I love Dumbo. I love elephants. I love the song Pink Elephants on Parade. So of course I had to build a Dumbo the Flying Elephant ride vehicle.
This one was a little different for me though. It was hard finding the balance between it just being any old elephant and being Dumbo. I actually built a larger version first that I was really happy with — especially the face and proportions — but resizing it for scale changed things. Somewhere in that process, my heart just wasn’t fully in it.
I’m still happy with how it turned out. It’s a little on the derpy side, but hopefully, that captures the charm of Dumbo. Maybe I’ll revisit it someday and take another go at it. 💛
Instructions are available at the link in my bio if you'd like your own.
And a special thank you to the @eticket_builders community for all their input and encouragement throughout the process.

This is my The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh “Buzz Buggie” ride vehicle. I finally got around to building it in person, and I’m so happy with how it turned out!

“It’s a small world” Ride Vehicle – MOC
This one came together fast. No hiccups. No redesign spirals. Just smooth building from start to finish — and wow, what a relief.
Especially compared to the nightmare that was Roger Rabbit’s ride vehicle. 😅 which ive already gone ahead and changed a few things after having a moment away from it. Update on that soon.
But, I love this ride. Truly. My favorite memory is my entire family standing at the exit, staring blankly into space, singing “it’s a small world…” in the most monotone, slightly brainwashed voices imaginable.
Ahhh. Memories.
While building this, I finally learned what that little post on the front of the boat is actually for — and once I knew, I had to include it.

Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin MOC!
After six different people asked me to tackle Roger Rabbit next, I honestly wasn’t going to do it. The scale is tiny, and I really didn’t think I could do it justice. But I started a small “test build”… and somehow spiraled into recreating Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin in full.
How fitting that this MOC drove me a little crazy. 😵💫 A few late nights, plenty of blue-light headaches, and more than a little frustration went into this one. At one point the exterior looked exactly how I wanted it… but the interior wouldn’t line up at all. The seat was too high and the spacing was way off.
But after a lot of tweaking, I finally got it to a place I’m really happy with.
If you’d like to build your own spinning taxi through Toontown, the instructions are in the link in my bio!
Thanks to the six of you who pushed me to make this happen — this one’s for you.
And a special thanks to @outabricks for his nonstop help with every aspect of the build — especially the back — and for keeping the whole process moving forward.
Th-th-th-that’s all, folks!

Splash Mountain / Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Ride Vehicle (Disneyland) – MOC
This actually started as my backup submission for @eticket_builders … but I decided to just build it for myself instead — and honestly, I’m really happy with how it turned out.
Well… except for one teeny little thing.
One key difference between Splash Mountain and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is that Splash had Br’er Rabbit’s face on the front of the log. I really wanted to include that detail — but @LEGO unfortunately doesn’t make the 1x2 round jumper plate (Part #1745) in medium nougat.
So… it had to be left off. 😅
LEGO, if you’re listening — maybe make that piece in medium nougat. Just for lil ol’ me. 👉👈
Anyway 😌
That wraps up all the Bayou Country ride vehicles — the full set is complete! 🎉
Check it out now on Rebrickable.

This ride vehicle build lets you customize it your way:
🐰 Choose the original Splash Mountain look or the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure version (with the updated front color)
🐦 Add a tiny blue bird perched on a rider’s shoulder
💦 Recreate the iconic big drop with removable splash elements
It includes TWO instruction files:
1️⃣ Base ride vehicle
2️⃣ Splash add-ons + theme variations
