🌱 Creative Wellbeing Exhibition 2: Come As You Are 🌿
Mainspring Arts is a neurodivergent and artist-led organisation that co-creates supportive neurodivergent spaces and communities that empower, uplift and nurture through creativity. We believe ND art matters and there is no better way to stand by that by giving you the tools to do it yourself and offering an opportunity to platform the work created.
So after 6 months spent delivering creative wellbeing workshops to groups in Kendal and Halton, we were lucky enough to put on 2 incredible exhibitions showing off their amazing work! The Halton showcase explores calm, focus, freedom, affirmation, consciousness and community through a variety of mediums such as textiles, lino prints, video and more.
We still can’t believe it’s over but we are so excited to revisit more of the amazing work displayed. A small momento after months of hard work, fun and connection 🎊🎉

Meet Danielle - our lead artist of 3 years and the guiding light behind our creative wellbeing groups! Danielle’s workshops are positive, friendly and upbeat using a range of materials and easy to learn techniques, including textiles, sewing, collage and recycling. Like Mainspring Arts, she strongly believes that art is for everyone and can positively contribute to mental and emotional wellbeing.
We are so happy to have had her onboard for many years (and hopefully for many to come!) ESPECIALLY as we are able to continue our creative wellbeing workshops thanks to securing more funding!
