VISUEL IDENTITY - SALAH REGOUANE
The visual identity for Salah Regouane is built on structure, restraint, and photographic authorship. It positions the photographer not as a service provider but as a visual signature.
The system relies on a monochrome foundation, controlled typography, and a modular grid. The logomark β constructed from the initials S and R β operates as a stamp, reinforcing authorship across applications: prints, stationery, posters, digital layouts, and exhibition material. Its geometric construction reflects precision, framing, and technical awareness inherent to photography.
Typography is direct and editorial. Large, confident name placements function as both label and composition element, echoing magazine design and gallery catalog language. Negative space is intentionally preserved, allowing imagery to carry narrative weight without visual noise.
Photography selection emphasizes atmosphere, portrait presence, and urban texture, reinforcing a perspective rooted in Casablanca. The layouts treat each photograph as an artifact: framed, archived, and presented with curatorial discipline.
Applications across mockups β posters, identity cards, packaging, and exhibition graphics β communicate consistency. The identity behaves like a publishing system rather than a static brand, enabling Salah Regouane to operate simultaneously as photographer, editor, and visual director.
