"Hi ! Hello ! Hahaha !" Today I am proud to present to you my latest creation: Balloon Boy recreated with Lego bricks ! After disassembling my modules from the Brickzlab Jedha Collab, I had quite the amount of bricks in the "medium tan" color left, a color that I thought would work perfectly for the skin of this little round friend. The head then came together relatively fast, followed by the body and the rest. Arguably the hardest part to build were the shoes and the arm holding up the balloon. Afterall they have to support a decent amount of weight, which is also why I had to drastically shrink down the size of the balloon (initially it was much bigger, but the arm ended up sagging quite a bit). I am pleased with the end-result however and hope you enjoy it aswell ! :)

I finally got around to digitizing my motorized AT-ST walker MOC and felt like it deserved a nice render. Then I remembered the amazing AT-ST walker painting by the talented artist @divesignal and knew that I just had to base my render on his work.
I also decided to let my PC render overnight to produce a little rotating animation of my walker.
I have a feeling this isn't going to be the last time you see my walker. ;)

I teamed up with the wonderfully talented @leif_scape to help me with creating some awesome digital renders of our two Five Nights at Freddy's animatronic heads of: Foxy the Pirate and Freddy Fazbear. The coolest part is that both of these are pretty much in the same scale aswell !
He also made his own version of Freddy Fazbear a while back, that very model actually inspired me to build mine and I think they look great together !

Here are two more close-up shots of the rear-engines and the cockpit interior.
I am happy with the amount of greebling I put into the rear, I think I have struck a neat balance here. The most challenging part was the turret. In the actual prop from the movies it sinks deeper into the back of the shuttle, but due to the inner support-beams of the heavy upper fin (this much Lego results in some weight afterall) I wasn't able to push it further in.
The cockpit might be very cramped on the inside but I just had to get THE crew of heroes in there. It depicts the scene from Return of the Jedi, where all main characters are seen together at once before disembarking towards the forest-moon of Endor. One of my most favorite scenes in the entire original trilogy.

It served as the the first choice of transportation for high-ranking imperial officials, including even the Emperor himself. For years I wanted to build an Imperial Shuttle in minifigure scale and now after 3 years (before the creation of this account actually !), the building journey has concluded. This is the imperial speederbike design I came up with for my "Forest Skirmish"-diorama.
These tiny builds utilize unconventional pieces such as the "minifigure container d-basket" 4523 to achieve the rounded form of the brown hull.
I am pleased with how these turned out and they are surprisingly sturdy, but one should swoosh them around with some care nonetheless.

Yesterday I drove to a test-opening of the amazing museum of @brickstory_museum and @marcus_ungermanns and I loved every minute I spent there ! The custom lego city layout is absolutely legendary and I can't praise it enough !
Thank you to @hat_brick for the thorough explanations about the "Siege of Vodran"-MOC and everyone else who took the time to chat with me !
I had an absolute blast and will definitely visit the museum again in the future ! :D

It's been a while, but today I am proud to unveil a Star Wars MOC I have been working on in the last weeks: "FOREST SKIRMISH".
I hope you like it!
The motorization of the scout-walker is surprisingly simple on paper, but it took a few iterations to cram the mechanism into the quite small and tight body of the walker.
The cockpit however came together relatively fast and relies heavily on various SNOT ("studs-not-on-top")-techniques.
I also had a blast building the terrain of the forestmoon, designing landscapes with bricks sure is fun !
This will certainly not be my last MOC in a galaxy far, far away, stay tuned for more !
