Surprise! Due to my increasing public appearances at conventions and shows and my enrolment in a design university degree, I will be updating the name of this account from lego_nautics to @leif_scape !
All of my other relevant social media has already had its username updated.
I may be posting other non-LEGO design projects here that I'm proud of. It will still mostly be LEGO though, because that is the design medium I am most fluent in. Essentially, I would like this account to be a fun portfolio of my design work for you all to enjoy!

The Gang's all here ! Well, at least half of them.
I teamed up with the wonderfully talented @leif_scape to help me with creating some awesome digital renders of our two Five Nights at Freddy's animatronic heads of: Foxy the Pirate and Freddy Fazbear. The coolest part is that both of these are pretty much in the same scale aswell !
He also made his own version of Freddy Fazbear a while back, that very model actually inspired me to build mine and I think they look great together !

This show in Calgary was super fun to be a part of, and was super worth the 3 hour drive it took to get there. I met a ton of amazingly talented builders, competed in speed builds, and even had a previous LEGO Masters contestant help me with some of the NYT daily games. đ

Had an awesome time at @edmontonexpoofficial with @nalug_ca ! Of course I had to bring my biggest MOC ever, the Iron Giant, but I also thought @ransom_fern âs Hulkbuster would fit right in at this expo.
I thought the Iron Giant was pretty niche when I designed it, but I have been proved wrong! It was received amazingly! My favourite compliment was from a boy no older than 12: âI call myself a hard critic of LEGO builds but THIS one is absolutely PERFECT!â

In honour of a season (and post-season) for the history books, I have re-created the Oilers logo from LEGO bricks.
Before the playoffs, I had the idea to make the logo for the winning team in the Stanley Cup Championship each year. Of course, the Oilers lost the cup in game 7 (and as a fan of the team I had to crack open the LEGO Hulkbuster to take my mind off it), but I made it anyway.
