Previews have commenced for *CARE* @youngvictheatre with 💫client @llewella_gideon ✨ - and word is there are standing ovations already 🌈 An uplifting family drama from internationally acclaimed director and writer Alexander Zeldin, CARE follows one family’s journey through loss and unexpected joy, and lifts the curtain on the complex lives and untold stories of care home residents and staff​ This will be the fourth time Llewella has collaborated with Zeldin. It runs from 11 May to 11 July, with press night on 19 May 2026. Care is co-produced with A Zeldin Company and is the final Main House production in Nadia Fall’s inaugural season, which will conclude with the world premiere of Sting by Sophie Swithinbank, directed by Nancy Medina in the Maria Studio from 18 June to 18 July. Previous to that Associate Director for National Theatre Scotlands Dracula: Mina’s Reckoning In London she was Associate Director for Mandela @youngvictheatre Becca is a Playwright in Residence at The Watermill Theatre, was a Creative Associate at Jermyn Street Theatre from 2022-2023. 💫 @ingridmackinnon ✨ has just returned from final rehearsals with @factory_international and @englishnationalopera She is collaborating once again with Award-winning director Kip Williams @kip_williams who is making his UK opera debut with English National Opera, directing Angel’s Bone at ENO’s London Coliseum from 16 to 31 October 2026. Ingrid recently worked with Williams on his production of @draculawestend He has once again joined forces with his long-time designer Marg Horwell, whom he worked with on both The Picture of Dorian Gray starring Sarah Snook, and this current West End production of Dracula starring Cynthia Erivo. Ahead of London, and already announced, the opera will get its UK premiere at Factory International’s Aviva Studios in Manchester from 12 to 16 May 2026. The Manchester production is in collaboration with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra and Kantos Chamber Choir. Overall, this is the first project in a series of new productions by English National Opera and Factory International. This will be the third time @ingridmackinnon has worked with ENO. Earlier this year she worked with the creative team of the stunningly beautiful 2026 production of Così fan tutte at the London Coliseum Conducted by Dinis Sousa
