- 3+ years experience managing residential construction projects $2M - 10M+
- Experience in preconstruction, including budgeting, estimating, and cost control throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Ability to lead client relationships and manage expectations with high-end, detail-oriented clientele
- Proven track record of building, managing, and holding subcontractor teams accountable
- Experience managing architect-driven, highly customized residential projects with evolving scope and design detail
- Strong field awareness with the ability to proactively identify issues, coordinate trades, and maintain quality in execution
- Strong command of project management systems (Adaptive and Buildertrend preferred)
- Experience coordinating all major residential systems, including MEPs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead projects and teams effectively
- Must be located within a commutable distance to coastal Rhode Island, Block Island, and Southeastern Massachusetts

The real work happens on the inside: layered jamb extensions, curved profiles, and trim details that all have to read as one continuous piece. No shortcuts here—just a lot of careful layout and finish carpentry to make it feel effortless.

Our client came to us with a quintessential New England site: a 300 year old, five-acre farm bordered by stone walls. They wanted a house that belonged in the field, instead of a bold architectural statement. They envisioned a transparent, tranquil, and modern home, but with a touch of the local vernacular.
The design solution features a single shed roof draped over the single story living wing and detached garage, connected by a flat roof glass connector to a separate two-story bedroom/office wing. The high performance and low maintenance exterior envelope consists of durable metal roofing, board formed concrete, cedar shingles, and high performance European triple-paned windows.
