Our concept tutorial today is Snap Back Rewinds also known as One Arm Traps!
Today in my video I’m using @astralhoops practice ends with my @wizardofflow_ pole. This is a particularly light staff. Which helps with this move a lot.
I first saw Mickey Khoury do these and it blew my mind. Such a dynamic move. It can be done with such speed from a graceful place of flow that will literally mess with you.

I usually make anywhere from 12-36 at a time. I honestly enjoy the process, I just play music and get in the zone. This vid shows most of the steps minus wooden dowel cutting/sanding.
