I’ve been reflecting on when I first picked up Dragon Staff over 8yrs ago. I was practicing everyday- sometimes in my backyard, a nearby park, random parking lot, or late night in my bedroom where the staff would knock over many things lol. The moment I had time, flow was the only thing I wanted to do. I miss those times. I’m very grateful to be busy with other things in my life, but I’ve realized that I need to make more space for daily flow practice. It honestly helps me feel less self conscious, less worried about everything/everyone, and gives me clarity for my days ahead.
Here’s to flowing your heart out everyday and remembering what brought you to this journey in the first place 🙏 Happy spinning friends 😊❤️
