Retail Transformation Feature A while ago we helped refit a concept store for Specialized bikes. Spanning two floors, we brought a fresh vibe by cladding the walls with black Valchromat and creating a standout feature slatwall and built-up logo. This cladding extended to the changing rooms. We enhanced the entrance to the mechanics bay with frosted vinyl and additional vinyl graphics throughout the space. We used Specialized's own racking system to build suitable stands for garments, clothing and accessories. We also added LED downlights to the bike stands and finished them with cork tops. As keen cyclists ourselves we feel this this new and dynamic retail space elevates the biking lifestyle! #Specialized #RetailDesign #BikeLife #StoreRefit

We've been working closely with the teams @origincoffeeroasters and @a_side.studio to bring this illustration by @tengyu.tw to life if print. This speciality coffee packaging and taster card set, celebrate the lunar new year. After sampling, we printed it through our HP Indigo press with digital metallic silver underpinning some of the CMYK colours, making the horses shine. They look amazing in these shots. Window tinting isn't just for cars. St Anne's House Entrance Graphics - a recent project for @studiomothership and @bricksbristol . A mix of coloured films and vinyl graphics designed to make the entrance more vibrant and welcoming. With an emphasis on the SAH identity, this communicates the abundance of creative and community activities hosted inside the building.

Huge vinyl backdrop anyone? Fosse Shopping Park is one of Britain's biggest out-of-town shopping parks. During the 2020 construction we printed the vinyls that would become the backdrop behind the amazing huge new play area. As a long term structure we chose a premium 7yr vinyl and 7yr over laminate. The 15m x 5m wall was applied in sections working from high access equipment before the climbing frame and floor were fitted. We think this made for a very interesting and colourful play area - Designed by @smith_and_lewarne - Site construction by @bandkbuild

Finishing your short run booklets or zine. There's some very creative ways we can use to add special touches to your publications. Simple stapling / stitching is the best value but you can add a little twist by using coloured staples . This short video showcases some other great examples including, singer sewing, case binding, elastic and wire binding. Each method offers unique choices to enhance you project. Are you a zine lover? Here's a great example of our digital white ink on some @colorplan_papers . We produced these beautiful A5 zines for the amazing @arlo.parks during the lockdown. They featured high resolution scans of Arlo's hand written lyrics and the white ink worked really well against the @colorplan_papers ebony stock. How do you choose a paper...? Introducing @colorplan_papers from @gfsmithpapers and one of my favourite stocks. This is our first choice because it's a stunning sheet and the range of colours and weights gives us the best chance to match brand colours. Add to this the 25 embossings and new recycled ranges and the combinations should cover most requirements. Personally I turn to this for our own work when I want to achieve the maximum impact for our own publications. Premium coloured paper stocks like this can really make print desirable and even collectable. It a world full of digital marketing print can work really hard for you especially when work together to produce something people will treasure. Make sure your next project is carefully considered and if you are stuck, or not sure where to go next, it's a great time to get in touch.
