As everyone shares their 2025 “Wrapped” stats, I want to shout out the people who went a step further and picked up a physical copy of my music this year (or anyone’s music, really!). L’une des versions les plus riches et texturées de toute la série. - With Curtis Thorpe on hammer dulcimer and me recording a bunch of other instruments, the vibe for this arrangement was heavily inspired by artists I love, like Peter Gabriel, Steven Wilson, and Brian Eno. The track builds to a dramatic outro, making it one of the most layered and textured pieces in these reimagined versions. Quelques overdubs de mellotron et de célesta, suivis de plusieurs couches de traitement au mixage, ont recréé l’ambiance d’une vieille table tournante dans une maison abandonnée. - A spontaneous recording at my place with Yannick Anctil. Pis oui, la “bass”, c’est juste une guitare avec un octaver! /// A short take on 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨, a bit more energetic than the original, with Jean-Michel Leblanc on guitars.
