I’m incredibly excited to announce that I’ll be joining @on as an ambassador for 2025! I’m beyond grateful for this opportunity, and I’m looking forward to connecting with inspiring and like-minded people across the On family. And I’m excited to use this opportunity to help me better serve the running and fitness community, as well as everything we’re doing in and out of the clinic. My goal has always been to make a difference and do good for this world, and posting on this platform has been one of the avenues for me to be able to do that, so I’m hugely grateful for every one of you who follows me here and listens when I tell you to do your calf raises. On is a brand that I admire for their quality, style, innovation, as well as their values and commitment to their community, so I’m grateful to be supported by a brand that’s doing so much good and I’m excited for this chapter. I hope this is a stepping stone to more wins, but it’s also a nice affirmation that maybe I am doing something right - so let’s keep doing that! #DreamOn #OnAmbassador

How to improve bone health and hopefully reduce your risk of getting stress fractures This is a simple study done in 2014 by Mosti et al, where they got 30 heathy women. Half the group did heavy hack squats, 3x per week, 4x sets 3-5 reps, 85-90% of their 1RM (1 rep max), with a 2 minute rest. The other half did their usual exercise routine with no structured heavy strength work. And guess who had better increases in their bone mineral density after 12 weeks? Thoughts on skinnytok as health professionals As a Physio working in the running industry, there’s always an element where runners want to lose fat/weight or stay lean for either aesthetics or performance purposes. The risk of over-training and under-fuelling is clear, but in real life practice it’s not always easy. London Marathon month was probably one of the busiest month of my life, definitely a bit tired but loved every bit of it. Grateful I get to do all of this. 1ļøāƒ£ Celebrated with @hellenobiri and the @on family at the Lightspray pop-up after her second place finish at @londonmarathon 2ļøāƒ£ @zuerich_marathon weekend in Switzerland with the European On ambassadors and visiting On HQ 3ļøāƒ£ Spoke on centre stage at London Marathon Show with @coopahruncoach , as well as some exciting work with them coming up 4ļøāƒ£ Easter weekend at the Algarve, Portugal 5ļøāƒ£ Injury prevention workshop with @theoutrunners Marathon Academy 6ļøāƒ£ Finally tried @dimsumandduck 7ļøāƒ£ Worked with @technogym and @runxrace - will also be hosting a runners strength training workshop with them on 14 May (link in bio) #running #runners #OnAmbassador #DreamOn #physio

Love using the treadmill as a supplement to my training, as well as a useful tool for my clinic work. The @technogym Skillrun is probably one of the best on the market in terms of features, performance and aesthetics. Technogym is also launching @runxrace in collaboration with @worldathletics , a global 5km treadmill competition. Had a great time racing against @manni_o and @ben_is_running who are both way faster than I am at the London Marathon Show. #running #training #marathon #runners #runx
