Almost a 10-hour day on the bike, for a five-second feeling of satisfaction.
Since launching Nomio, we’ve met countless athletes, and the mindset is often the same. For most people, the equation looks irrational: high effort, low reward. But not for the elite. Not for Mads.

Mads Würtz Schmidt | 20260501
After 325 kilometres, completed in 9:57:38 with a normalized power of 305 watts, Mads claimed the title of 360 Traka Champion, finishing 11 minutes ahead of the competition.
We had the honor of experiencing the entire race from the inside. From the start to the finish, every detail, from aid stations to feed zones, was executed with precision and planned down to the millisecond.
510 runners lined up at the start. 342 finished in under 40 minutes.
Nomio 10K was created for the same reason as the product itself: to challenge perception and expand what runners believe is possible.
Thank you for taking part, and congratulations on your new personal best.

Alisa Vainio | 20260314
Alisa Vainio made headlines with an extraordinary marathon debut at just 17, running 2:33:24 at the Kullervo Marathon in Joutseno, Finland, in September 2015, well under the Olympic qualifying standard. However, despite meeting the time requirement, she was ineligible to compete in the 2016 Olympics because she had not yet turned 18.
