Here’s a little throwback to last week ✨ It was a busy one for our team, filled with incredibly productive rehearsals as we shared our developed performance of ‘Up in the Sky’, before heading straight to Belgium 🇧🇪 to perform as part of City of Wings, Ypres (@gevleugelde_stad_ieper ). We’re so grateful to have been selected once again to showcase our work, and to have reached almost 2,000 new audience members over the weekend. What an experience! We will explore dropping weight into the floor and transitioning seamlessly out of it, travelling dynamically through space with clarity and intention. The class builds towards a lively phrase that encourages awareness and focus, working with the room to push their physicality further. ABOUT WILL👇 Will Hodson is a freelance dancer based in Birmingham. He trained at Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Scottish School of Contemporary Dance, and completed his Masters at University of Chichester with postgraduate company, MapDance. Since 2017, Will has performed extensively in outdoor productions across the UK with Protein Dance, ZoieLogic Dance Theatre, 2Faced Dance Company, and Autin Dance Theatre. During his time with full time dance company 2Faced, he toured indoor and outdoor works by Fleur Darkin, Sean Moss, Tamsin Fitzgerald, and Alleyne Dance amongst other artists. With AutinDT, Will toured internationally to Macau, Spain, Belgium, Germany, and Gran Canaria.

During our performances of Up in the Sky at Birmingham Weekender, we were absolutely overwhelmed by the incredible response from audiences! 💙 It was wonderful to see so many of you capturing stunning images and videos of the show and sharing them across social media. Seeing the performance through your eyes was truly special – every photo and clip offered a unique perspective on the magic we created together. ✨ To celebrate this amazing engagement, we launched a giveaway draw inviting everyone who shared their images with us and completed our evaluation survey to take part. A huge thank-you to everyone who participated as your feedback means the world to us and helps us continue developing our work.
